The original CLIPP curriculum was designed to comprehensively teach medical knowledge and patient care competencies in the COMSEP curriculum, infused with modeling of the “other” competencies. In an effort to increase the direct and interactive teaching of these more complex competencies in CLIPP, eCLIPPs is being introduced as new cases on topics of culture, chronic illness and genetics. Objectives that are common to all of the cases will be covered in a series of Resources and printable Toolbox pages for students to apply to the clinical setting after being asked to use them in the cases.
