
The Simulated Internal Medicine Patient Learning Experience (SIMPLE) is an Internet-based learning program for use by third-year medical students during their internal medicine clerkship. iInTIME is collaborating with the Clerkship Directors in Internal Medicine to development SIMPLE’s 36 interactive virtual patient cases. The SIMPLE cases are designed to comprehensively cover the CDIM-SGIM core curriculum and will allow students to complete the all 36 cases over the course of an average clerkship. SIMPLE will be available for pilot testing in July 2008.
